Family Nurse Practitioner | Certified Debridement Specialist
Kironjiit “Kiki” Kaur is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University in Chicago. With over 12 years of experience in wound care, Kiki is also a certified Wound Care Specialist and Wound Debridement Specialist.
Kiki believes that every patient has their own unique story—and if she can help heal their wounds, she’s honored to contribute to their quality of life. Her approach to wound care is rooted in both clinical expertise and deep compassion. Patients are always her priority, and she treats each one with respect, dignity, and individualized care.
Outside of medicine, Kiki enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, who she credits as the foundation of her success. She loves watching classic films and finds joy in simple, meaningful moments. She is also passionate about contributing to the future of wound care through research and continuous learning. Kiki strongly believes that the kindness and care we give to the community come back to us many times over.
Janice Silva, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC
Acute Care Nurse Practitioner | Certified Wound Care Specialist | Hospice Owner
Janice is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in hospital medicine, wound care, and healthcare leadership. She earned her Master’s Degree in Adult/Gerontology Acute Care and holds certification as a Wound Care Specialist with advanced debridement training. Janice also serves as a Hospice Administrator, bringing deep expertise in palliative care, internal medicine, and case management.
With years of experience in patient safety, nursing leadership, and healthcare delivery, Janice is passionate about delivering exceptional care to vulnerable populations and advocating for improved community health. She is also a dedicated mentor and champion of women’s leadership in healthcare, committed to empowering the next generation of clinical leaders.
Outside of her professional life, Janice enjoys traveling, discovering new foods, and relaxing with short drama series. She is a proud mother of two and part of a blended family with five children. At the heart of her work is a mission to help patients live healthier, more dignified lives across every stage of care.
